点评内容：由于之前投稿给SAGE的Animation期刊被拒稿，推荐我投稿给叙事学一类的期刊，于是我再次回归JNT。此前我投过，你们也可以在其他点评中找到我之前的留言。这本期刊算是很良心的。我10月20日投稿，26日进入with editor状态。和之前一样，他们审核的速度很快。目前我在等待，看看对方是否送审。之前的经验就是，你如果把研究限定到很小，很细节的范围，反而容易被考虑发表。否则，我上次就是，观点过新，对方涉及到为你的理论背书，因此最终哪怕我修改三次也不会发表你的稿子的。这次我的范围很小，所以再试试看。

点评内容：难度非常大，一周内退稿，理由：Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Adaptation. I am afraid that we have to decline it at the desk rather than sending it out for review. The central difficulty is one of fit. The essay is at heart a reception history of a performer and a legend, and the adaptation-theoretical proposal it advances is applied illustratively rather than tested; the framework is never put under pressure, and no case is shown in which it delivers a judgment that existing approaches could not. For a journal read primarily by adaptation scholars, that imbalance is decisive. Related to this, the engagement with adaptation studies is thin where it needs to be thick: the field"s leading figures are characterized in a sentence or two and set aside. The intervention consequently reads as a proposal to import a vocabulary rather than a demonstration that existing vocabularies fail. The evidentiary base also has a methodological issue. Because the essay is about how traditions generate multiple origin stories, the commemorative record it provides needs more caution than it currently shows.

点评内容：9月27投稿，10月20收到回复，说现在收稿量巨大，我的文章是偏向叙事研究，并不属于对动画本体的研究（其实这一点我觉得很扯，我不分析本体，怎么讨论叙事？），虽然他们是一本跨学科期刊，但优先审查那些只讨论动画本身的问题的文章，比如批判，技术等等。所以建议我改投叙事研究相关的期刊。
