PalZ《古生物学杂志》（季刊）. The Paläontologische Zeitschrift is the official publication of the Paläontologische Gesellschaft (German Palaeontological Association) and as thus aims to promote all aspects of the science of Palaeontology. The journal welcomes papers on all aspects of palaeontology, including Palaeozoology, Palaeobotany, Palaeoecology, Palaeogeography, Geobiology, theoretical and methodological aspects of palaeontological research, and contributions from related fields (e.g. biology) if relevant to palaeontology. Both high quality original research papers and review articles are welcome. Topical volumes presenting a collection of papers on a specific topic can also be proposed.

Palynology《孢粉学》（季刊）. Palynology was first published in 1977, and is now is a well-established, international journal covering all aspects of the science of organic microfossils and their modern counterparts. We accept papers on both pre-Quaternary and Quaternary palynology, and palaeobotany. Articles across the entire range of palynomorph groups and geological ages are welcomed. Contributions on both the traditional aspects of the subject, and the more novel uses of palynology, are all actively encouraged.

Paleontological Research《古生物学研究》（季刊）. Paleontological Research is a quarterly, peer-reviewed international journal, which focuses on original research, primarily in the area of paleontology but also covering a wide range of allied sciences. It has been published since 1997 as a successor to the former journal Transactions and Proceedings of the Palaeontological Society of Japan, New Series. The emphasis of contributions will include global and local perspectives, and contents can cover all ages (Precambrian to the Quarternary, including modern analogs). Anyone can submit a manuscript to Paleontological Research.

Paleontological Journal《古生物学杂志》（双月刊）. Paleontological Journal is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original work on the anatomy, morphology, and taxonomy of fossil organisms, as well as their distribution, ecology, and origin. It also publishes studies on the evolution of organisms, ecosystems, and the biosphere and provides information on global biostratigraphy with an emphasis on Eastern Europe and Asia. The journal welcomes manuscripts from all countries.

Paleoceanography and Paleoclimatology《古海洋学与古气候学》（月刊）. Paleoceanography and Paleoclimatology (PALO) publishes papers dealing with records of past environments, biota and climate. Understanding of the Earth system as it was in the past requires the employment of a wide range of approaches including marine and lacustrine sedimentology and speleothems; ice sheet formation and flow; stable isotope, trace element, and organic geochemistry; paleontology and molecular paleontology; evolutionary processes; mineralization in organisms; understanding tree-ring formation; seismic stratigraphy; physical, chemical, and biological oceanography; geochemical, climate and earth system modeling, and many others.

Paleobiology《古生物学》（季刊）. Paleobiology publishes original contributions of any length (but normally 10-50 manuscript pages) dealing with any aspect of biological paleontology. Emphasis is placed on biological or paleobiological processes and patterns, including macroevolution, extinction, diversification, speciation, functional morphology, bio-geography, phylogeny, paleoecology, molecular paleontology, taphonomy, natural selection and patterns of variation, abundance, and distribution in space and time, among others. Taxonomic papers are welcome if they have significant and broad applications. Papers concerning research on recent organisms and systems are appropriate if they are of particular interest to paleontologists. Papers should typically interest readers from more than one specialty.

PALAIOS《古代》（月刊）. PALAIOS is a monthly journal, founded in 1986, dedicated to emphasizing the impact of life on Earths history as recorded in the paleontological and sedimentological records. PALAIOS disseminates information to an international spectrum of geologists and biologists interested in a broad range of topics, including, but not limited to, biogeochemistry, ichnology, paleoclimatology, paleoecology, paleoceanography, sedimentology, stratigraphy, geomicrobiology, paleobiogeochemistry, and astrobiology.

Palaeontology《古生物学》（双月刊）. The journal Palaeontology is devoted to the publication of innovative and timely hypothesis-driven research that significantly advances our understanding of the history of life on Earth. Its scope includes palaeozoology, palaeobotany, systematic studies, palaeoecology, micropalaeontology, palaeobiogeography, functional morphology, stratigraphy, taxonomy, taphonomy, palaeoenvironmental reconstruction, palaeoclimate analysis and biomineralization studies. Synthetic papers that span several of these areas are particularly welcome.

Palaeontologia Electronica《电子古生物学》（一年3期）. Founded in 1997, Palaeontologia Electronica (PE) is the longest running open-access, peer-reviewed electronic journal and covers all aspects of palaeontology. PE uses an external double-blind peer review system for all manuscripts. Copyright of scientific papers is held by one of the three sponsoring professional societies at the authors choice. Reviews, commentaries, and other material is placed in the public domain. PE papers comply with regulations for taxonomic nomenclature established in the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature and the International Code of Nomenclature for Algae, Fungi, and Plants.

Palaeontographica Abteilung B-Palaeophytologie Palaeobotany-Palaeophytology《古地貌学B：古植物学》（季刊）. Section B of Palaeontographica publishes contributions to palaeobotany, i.e. papers on morphological traits, systematics and phylogenetic features of plants as well as papers on palaeoclimatology and palynogeography. Especially worth mentioning are the comprehensive monographs published in Palaeontographica B on specific floras or plant groups. Often palaeoclimatic or stratigraphic problems are clarified by resorting to palaeobotanical data published in Section B of Palaeontographica.
