ECNU Review of Education is an open access, peer-reviewed journal. All accepted articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication, are published under a Creative Commons license, and hosted online in perpetuity.

There are currently no Article Processing Charges (APCs) to publish in this journal.

The APCs are paid by East China Normal University and East China Normal University Press. There is no charge either for submitting a manuscript to the journal or publishing with the journal.
