Submission Guidelines

The

journal welcomes submission of unsolicited manuscripts written in

English. You can send all queries and manuscripts by e-mail to

sstlr@swupl.edu.cn.

The Peer Review Mechanism

SWUPL

Science and Technology Law Review implements a expert peer-review

system to ensure that each manuscript receives fair and objective

academic evaluation.

Submission requirements

1)

Submissions should accurately summarize and scientifically analyze the

practices and experiences in relevant fields in China. They should

contribute to presenting the rule of law in China in the new era,

constructing China’s independent knowledge system of law, and promoting

in-depth exchanges between the Chinese and foreign legal scholars.

2)

Submissions must demonstrate originality, academic rigor, and

scientific soundness, with clear arguments, sufficient evidence, logical

coherence, and fluent language.

3)

Submissions should not have been published in any other journal and

should be free of academic misconduct such as plagiarism or unauthorized

appropriation of content.
